Ziel ist weltweit über das Internet oder per Telefon Informationen über alle eingehenden Anrufe, Faxe und E-Mails zu erhalten und beantworten zu können und das alles unter einer Benutzeroberfläche.

Always live, personal answering of your phone calls.  Your 2 designated receptionists answer in your company name Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, and screen/announce/patch your calls to your office, home, cell phone, or as instructed.  Simply good customer service that overcomes resistance to voice-mail, significantly reduces hang-ups, and signals to your customers that they are welcome, respected and appreciated All callers are announced before being patched through.

Messages taken are noted with date, time, person and priority and are relayed via phone, e-mail, mail, fax, web-box (where you can check your messages 24/7), or as instructed, with frequency as agreed.  In the event of urgent matters requiring instant decision making, we act immediately and contact you.  We are the definite personal alternative to voice-mail, pagers, e-mail, etc. at a low, fixed monthly rate.

Telefax service


We provide your fax number, using separate machines for incoming- and outgoing faxes. Outgoing faxes can bear your ID.  We receive, send, and forward messages as instructed.  Your fax is always actively monitored.  If you want to handle larger fax volume, our fax servers are at your disposal.
